Were seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who has experience of building and executive digital engagement strategies. Think hybrid of Digital CS (Digital-first CSM) & Customer Marketing!The opportunity:Combing your Marketing and CS/ CX experience, youll join a growing, fast-paced tech company shaping the future of digital connectivity for large-enterprise brands. Youll take ownership of digital engagement strategies, leveraging automation, AI, and data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience.This is a tremendous opportunity to truly own the digital engagement strategy for a profitable technology scale-up. What youll be doing:Develop and optimise digital-first customer success programs.Enhance onboarding, product adoption, and retention through automation.Create engaging content and self-service resources.Utilise HubSpot and marketing automation tools to drive customer engagement.Use AI and analytics to refine customer interactions.Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to drive customer success initiatives.What were looking for:Proven experience in Digital Customer Success, CX, or a related field i.e. youve built a digital engagement strategy.Partner, Affiliate or Customer Marketing experience.Strong understanding of automation tools & CRM platforms.Experience with HubSpot and/or other customer engagement and marketing automation platforms.Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimising customer experiences.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Experienced working for a technology scale-up.Bonus point;Experience within Travel and/or Telecommunications.A background of working for a technology firm thats built on a consumption/ MRR model.What will really stand-out is experience of building and owning the strategy, not just executing!
