Each design is then responsibly made by our family-run manufacturing partners, in the expert hands of three generations of artisan craftspeople.Product CopywriterReporting to the Senior Creative & Content Manager, you will be a passionate Copywriter responsible for writing engaging and creative copy across our Marketing channels. With at least three years experience, you will have a proven track record for accurate and engaging product copy and your experience will demonstrate real talent for persuasive and compelling storytelling.You will be responsible for the delivery and management of all product descriptions, working with the Design Team ahead of a collection launch to ensure all key features of the product are accurately highlighted. This includes the creation of wholesale market week copy, a key selling tool for presenting future collections to our retail partners.As part of the Brand Content Team you will also help with content planning, producing fresh, topical ideas for new features. Around your main responsibility of product copy, you will also support in the completion of marketing briefs and coordinating with key stakeholders and departments including Ecomm, Graphics, Merchandising, Design and Production, Social, PR and Marketing.The Product Copywriter is a guardian for the Radley tone of voice across all channels, supporting the team in creating engaging, strategic and commercial content for blogs, emails, social and store that align with the brand pillars.This role sits within a global Marketing team, comprising Brand Content, Social, PR, VM, Graphics and Channel Marketing.Core responsibilitiesResponsible for writing all product copy a significant part of the role. This will primarily be required for the web, ensuring it is SEO efficient and aligned to the Design Teams creative and functional intent.Producing wholesale and retail sales collateral copy introducing seasonal collections and compilation of seasonal sales tools for both wholesale purposes and store staff product/ brand knowledge.Be a brand guardian for the Radley tone of voice across all Marketing channels, ensuring that TOV and copy aligns with the elevation of the brand across all channels and all comms are brand-enhancing and consumer-focused.Supporting the Senior Copywriter in writing high quality, original copy for multiple channels including emails, social media, website, direct mail, product, store, internal and corporate communications.Creating engaging and SEO friendly content and blogs that support our key brand pillars.Editing and proofreading all content to a high level of accuracy and consistency.Supporting the Brand Content Team by generating consistent and timely product, web and store copy thats aligned to the global communications strategy.Support the Senior Creative & Content Manager in seasonal content planning and strategy, ensuring that you deliver written content that meets Radleys objectives, meeting regularly to review projects and personal progress.Partner with the Graphics Team to ensure timely delivery of assets for new launches, seasonal campaigns, emails, blog, website banners and promotional assets.Attend brand content and design meetings to discuss upcoming campaigns, sharing ideas and suggestions for copy and new launches.Working in collaboration with the wider marketing and digital team on new campaigns and initiatives.As with all roles, you may at times be required to carry out ad hoc duties; whether that is to support another team member, to take on additional responsibilities or to get involved in project work that may impact not only on your department but also the wider business.Ideal ExperienceTwo years minimum copywriting experience, ideally within the retail, fashion or lifestyle industry.A portfolio of work that demonstrates strong writing experience across multiples mediums and channels.Experience with producing brand-led storytelling content and conversational copy.
