Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager 12-Month FTCLocation: Brighton (2 days in office, non-negotiable usually Tuesday and Wednesday)Salary: Up to 70,000Start Date: ASAP (ideally immediate)We are exclusively recruiting for a fast-paced, omni-channel retailer based in Central Brighton, seeking an experienced Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.Key Details:Location: Central Brighton 2 days in the office non-negotiable (usually Tuesday and Wednesday).Contract: 12-month FTC offering real strategic and operational influence.Environment: Agile, commercially focused, and collaborative.The Opportunity: This role is critical in driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and loyalty programme performance. You will lead the development and execution of CRM and loyalty initiatives across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital channels, while also playing a key role in shaping the future evolution of the loyalty strategy.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver CRM and loyalty strategies to increase customer revenue, satisfaction, and retention.Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle communications, including triggered and trade campaigns.Build and refine customer segmentation and personalised journeys to drive engagement and loyalty.Lead CRM reporting, providing insight-driven recommendations aligned to commercial KPIs.Manage and support a CRM Manager and Loyalty Manager, ensuring team targets and strategic goals are met.Collaborate with internal digital, eCommerce, and retail teams to drive Customer Lifetime Value.Work closely with agencies and tech partners to deliver effective, ROI-driven campaigns.Support initiatives to optimise and evolve the loyalty programme and customer engagement proposition.Ideal Candidate:5+ years' experience in CRM and loyalty marketing, ideally within retail or an omni-channel environment.Proven background delivering CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and direct marketing.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), or similar.Strong commercial and project management skills; results-focused with a test-and-learn mindset.Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.Excellent stakeholder management, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Highly analytical with a customer-focused, ROI-driven approach.If youre a CRM and loyalty expert ready to lead from the front and make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
