Salesforce Technical Architect Up to 80k Non Profit Do you want to work with internationally recognised charity who are actively improving lives?Perhaps you want to brag to your friends about how your company is known as Company of The Year and top 10 Best places to work in the UK?I am working with a leading charity to find a Salesforce Technical Architect to join the team as they are dedicated to reducing the amount of homeless people in Britain.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a long-term, strategic roadmap for implementing Salesforce strategy and achieving the organisation's vision.Lead challenging Salesforce projects, focusing on driving value through automation, integration, and improved customer engagement.Support the team and wider department with specialist knowledge, designing scalable architecture, optimising workflows, and ensuring data integrity.Present and adapt roadmaps to peers, senior leaders, or at events to share knowledge, seek feedback, and foster collaboration.What You Bring:Proven experience in implementing Salesforce solutions that incorporate people, processes, and technology.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and platform capabilities.Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration with systems such as ERP, CRM, and data platforms.Experience working with internal or external customers to design robust, commercially sound technical solutions.Ability to rapidly upskill in new areas or technologies, adapting to emerging needs.Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.A knack for mentoring and leading, even without direct authority, and a drive to foster collaborative and winning team spirits.Offering up to 80k + 39 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + the option to buy/sell 5 days + healthcare, and more.Sound interesting please click APPLY or pop me an email at kim.ocallaghan@opusrs.com
