Progress, creativity, and collaboration are celebrated, creating a thriving, human-centric environment.About the roleWere looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to come in and support our Client Services division for a fixed term period of 9 months. You will be responsible for the management of ongoing campaigns that could span across brand, web, digital marketing to name a few. We are looking for someone who is practised in managing large scale corporate clients, who can shift, and pivot based on ever-changing priorities.What will you be doing? Interact, and manage day-to-day communications, with relevant stakeholders across multiple projects and clientsCampaign client management across various workstreams with our clients this includes web, digital marketing, brand or a blend of the three!Join internal meetings and team huddles to ensure were all aligned youll be key in making sure that expectations are aligned with your internal and external stakeholders at all timesYoull be working with the Project Managers to manage internal and external expectations in relation to the delivery of work helping to keep things on track, on time, on brand and on budget alongside them.Where required lead meetings for new client briefs, capturing and distilling the background, objective and requirements in agency briefing templatesIdentify opportunities to grow and develop client accounts, bringing ideas to the team and helping shape proposals that add valueYoull be ultimately responsible for the quality of all work that leaves the studio. Quality is critical. As the internal representative of the client, youll be expected to keep a close eye on it, ensure the proper QA process has been followed, and then provide a final proof read while checking the original brief to ensure our response is accurate and fulfils the objective.In terms of experience and expertise, heres what were looking for:Demonstrable and significant client management experience gained within an agency environment we are open to background of digital marketing, brand or web and you would be aligned to clients that mirror your experience , .Experience in Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing and/or Talent Acquisition is preferred but not essential, as long as you are willing to learn we are willing to teach youProven ability to be proactive, communicate effectively, collaborate and co-create with team members across multiple functions.Be able to digest and plan accordingly what is required to keep our accounts, clients and projects moving smoothly.An understanding of digital media, creativity, and best practice.Detail orientated and extremely well organised.Hungry to progress and learn from those around you theres a wealth of agency experience across our team, we want to see you take advantage of that in a bid to drive the very best possible outcomes.We believe in supporting our team so they can do their best work.
