If you're hands-on, love problem-solving, and enjoy a mix of fieldwork and office-based tasks, wed love to hear from you.This role will see you working on everything from installing and maintaining telecoms systems, to fault-finding, upgrading infrastructure, and working closely with clients.What youll be doing:Installing, configuring, and maintaining voice and data systemsWorking with PBX systems, VoIP, SIP, routers, switches, and fibre/copper cablingDiagnosing and resolving faults both remotely and on-siteSupporting customers across a variety of environments (commercial, industrial, etc.)Keeping clear documentation and job recordsCollaborating with the wider team on projects and upgradesEnsuring all work meets health 'safety and industry standardsWhat were looking for:Previous experience in a telecoms engineering roleStrong knowledge of VoIP, PBX, SIP, and broadband technologiesComfortable working with Cat5e/Cat6 cabling and fibre opticsGood understanding of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)Full UK driving licence (essential)Someone whos organised, reliable, and happy working both independently and as part of a teamBonus points for:Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)Experience with Mitel, Avaya, 3CX, or similar systemsAny experience in structured cabling or CCTV is a plusWhat youll get in return:40,000 Company van, fuel card, and tools provided25 days holiday + bank holidaysOvertime and call-out optionsInterested?
