Business Analyst - Law/Legal Sector - FTCWe're on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst with comprehensive end-to-end BA experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language. An appreciation of continual improvement is important along with a commitment to ensuring business continuity.Responsibilities:Collecting and analysing data to accurately capture the current state of a business challenge, supporting the development, prioritisation, and recommendation of solutions that feed into the Change Delivery RoadmapTaking ownership of evaluating information from diverse sources, identifying discrepancies, and resolving conflicting data or viewpointsProducing high-quality analysis and design documentation, defining and refining business requirements with clear acceptance criteria to ensure solutions are fit for purposeLeading requirements workshops to elicit, document, and validate business needs-ensuring completeness, alignment with the project scope, and feasibility of deliveryActively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and ensure alignment of requirementsTranslating business requirements into updated or newly defined processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)Assessing and clearly articulating the cost-benefit of proposed changes, collaborating with Finance to model their impact on the business's Profit & LossOur ideal candidate will bring:Proven experience in a project delivery environment, with strong planning and organizational abilities-capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectivelyPreferably, a BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or a Lean Six Sigma Green BeltFlexibility to adapt to various delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworksKnowledge of, or experience working within, the legal sector or other highly regulated industriesA solid track record of supporting business areas through change initiatives, including the use of established change frameworks and tools
