Campaigns Officer PR 6 month contract Location: Huntingdon Hybrid (1 day per week in the office) Salary: up to 37,500 (pro rata) Are you a creative campaign professional who wants to make a real difference in peoples lives? Were hiring a Campaigns Officer to help deliver meaningful, high-impact campaigns that support positive change across transport, the economy, and regional growth.This is a newly created role in a growing communications team, working closely with the Senior Campaigns Officer and reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager. Youll help plan and deliver campaigns that inform, inspire, and drive engagement with the public and key stakeholders across the region.What youll be doing:Developing and delivering a range of public-facing campaigns, from boosting bus use to promoting economic growthUsing a mix of channels digital, social, media, email, print to reach a wide range of audiencesMeasuring campaign performance, using insights to improve and innovateWorking with teams across communications, policy, and public affairsKeeping messaging on-brand, consistent, and audience-focusedRepresenting the campaigns team and occasionally stepping in for the Senior Campaigns OfficerWhat were looking for:Hands-on experience in campaign planning and deliveryStrong knowledge of communications channels especially digital and social mediaSkilled in writing for different platforms (social, press releases, newsletters, web)Comfortable working with data and analytics to measure campaign impactA team player with great relationship-building skillsOrganised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projectsSomeone whos creative, motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
