You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing planCoordinate all marketing activities to generate leadsCreate regular engaging and imaginative social media contentDevelop company and employee brandRefresh and create content for company websiteTrack performance of all marketing campaignsWork with senior management to create marketing strategy QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in marketing within the recruitment sectorAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsFrench and/or German would be an advantage but not essentialRequired SkillsMarketing experience within the recruitment sectorPreferred SkillsFrench and/or German language skillsPay range and compensation packageattractive pro-rata package
