This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to drive real commercial impact.THE ROLE:As the CRM Manager, youll take the reins of their CRM activity managing all customer flows, segments, and daily campaigns. Youll own the strategy and execution of CRM initiatives that fuel growth across acquisition and retention. With a strong grip on data and performance metrics, youll be the go-to expert for optimising performance and delivering highly engaged leads to the sales pipeline.Your key responsibilities will include:Maintain and optimise all customer lists and segments in Klaviyo, ensuring relevance and impact.Track CRM metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights to improve performance, deliverability, and engagement.Plan and execute daily campaigns, run A/B tests, and drive strategy that boosts ROI.Manage CRM workflows and ensure customer data is clean, accurate, and up to date.Stay ahead of CRM trends and tech, proactively improving tools and processes.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Vast experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.Experience in the betting/gaming/gambling space an advantageHands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM Tools and strong understanding of CRM best practices.Excellent data analysis, segmentation, and reporting skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to execute detailed workflows and journeys.Experience with acquisition and retention strategy via CRM.Familiarity with Figma and collaboration with design teams is a bonus.Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both data and non-data teams.HOW TO APPLY:If you're a data-driven CRM specialist ready to take ownership of lifecycle marketing and help shape the future of customer engagement - apply below!
