Our team based across London, Manchester & Mumbai have the capability, creativity and commercialism to provide creative solutions for our diverse client portfolio, including renowned brands like M&S, Jimmy Choo, and Kurt Geiger.Our services include branding, web design, digital marketing, creative, photography, photographic production and video, all of which are wrapped with end-to-end account management and logistics production - put simply we plan, create and optimise content for our clients.Role Overview:In the role of Sample Coordinator, you will play an integral part of the overall management of one of our high end luxury Clients. Working alongside the Production team you will be responsible for managing all sample management and workflow for photoshoots.Main Responsibilities:Responsible for accurately recording and receipting goods in and out ensuring they are on-set ready for shootingReporting of sample status i.e. damaged, outstanding samples and discrepancies from shootlistEnsuring the samples are suitable for all photoshoots and returned in a great conditionCommunicate all incoming and outgoing samples to the Production and Client Services team, ensuring all SLAs are adhered toTaking deliveries from couriers and booking couriers for outgoing samplesUnderstanding alongside the Production team the shoot schedule and prioritising workload accordinglyIn charge of keeping the samples area orderly and tidyWorking with both client and internal sample management systemsSupporting the Samples Manager on other Clients, adhoc requests and administrative dutiesKey skills:Highly organised and efficientExcellent Microsoft Office and Google Drive skillsImpeccable attention for detailExcellent communicator both internally and externallySample workflow tool experience desirableSimilar experience working in a fast-moving stockroom, logistics/warehouse, or creative studio environment desirablePersonal Skills:Excellent time management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiasm for the creative industry and a willingness to learnDemonstrate a positive and friendly attitude
