They are now looking to hire experienced Portfolio Managers to drive growth in medium-frequency strategies across any liquid asset class.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage systematic trading strategies across various liquid asset classes.Lead the firms expansion into medium-frequency trading, while also considering high-frequency traders.Collaborate with in-house engineering teams to enhance trading infrastructure and execution.Build and manage a team of traders and quantitative researchers around successful strategies. QualificationsTrack Record: A proven P&L track record with a minimum of $3M (not necessarily from the last year).Sharpe Ratio: Ideally 2.5+ for medium-frequency strategies (lower Sharpe ratios will still be considered).Asset Class Expertise: Experience in equities, futures, FX, crypto, or other liquid markets.Leadership: The ability to work independently and scale your strategy by building a team.
