Job Title: UX ResearcherLocation: UK Remote (must be located in UK)Remuneration: 42.79 - 47.60 per hourContract Details: Temporary, 10 months, Full TimeResponsibilities:Collaborate with product and business teams to validate research topics.Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a blend of quantitative and qualitative methods.Influence cross-functional partners to prioritise user-centricity.Develop and execute comprehensive research roadmaps.Contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market plans.Partner with researchers, content & product designers, data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.Qualifications:Hands-on experience in user experience, applied research, or product research and development.Experience conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, and usability testing.Proficiency in coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent.Strong grasp of statistical analysis methods such as regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests.Interest in executing hands-on, primary research and translating findings into compelling narratives.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being open to new research methods.Experience working independently while actively seeking feedback.If youre passionate about understanding user needs and translating those insights into impactful product strategies, we want to hear from you!
