What you'll do:Client Strategy & OwnershipLead 56 accountsSet direction, drive performance, build trustTurn goals into roadmaps and roadmaps into winsRetention ExecutionPlan and launch omnichannel (email, SMS, app, etc.) campaignsMonitor KPIs and iterate fast based on dataLead segmentation, testing, and campaign strategyTeam LeadershipManage 12 Coordinators, delegate clearly, and mentor effectivelyDirect and brief our Copywriters & DesignersBe both a coach and a contributorraising team standardsAnalytics & InnovationGo beyond surface-level email metrics.
