This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for overtime and skill development.Key ResponsibilitiesSpecific Duties:Manual handling of aluminum housings and copper/aluminum busbars of varying mass.Preparation of assembly materials, utilizing tools such as Stanley knives and scissors.Light hand machining tasks, including the use of grinders and finishing papers.Masking of housings and busbars before powder coating.Skilled use of hand tools, including:De-burring tools, spanners, sockets, screwdrivers, rivet guns, and inserting machines.Precise assembly of busbar trunking to exacting standards.Packaging finished products for dispatch.Generic Duties:Perform any additional administrative or operational tasks as required by the Heads of Department.Comply with all company regulations and reasonable directions at all times.Undertake any other tasks necessary to ensure company profitability and operational efficiency.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is preferred.Ability to handle manual tasks and operate hand tools safely and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.Willingness to work night shifts and overtime when necessary.Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.How to ApplyYou can apply via the LinkedIn "Apply" button or directly through this link: https://www.pentagontechnicalservices.com/apply-now/.
