Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality support through direct work with children, young people, and their families. CompleteEarly Help Assessmentsand develop SMART action plans with families. Organise and leadTeam Around the Family (TAF)meetings. Monitor and review progress in partnership with other agencies. Conduct home visits and provide safeguarding-focused support. Maintain accurate, clear written records and contribute to positive multi-agency working. ? About You: Were looking for someone who: Has strongsafeguarding knowledge and experience . Can confidently complete and review SMART action plans. Has excellent organisational skills and meets deadlines effectively. Is a strong communicator with solid written and verbal skills.
