Were looking for an experienced Installation Team Leader to join our dynamic team of Engineers. You will be the first point of contact for your team, offering support, training, and guidance to ensure smooth operations. This role also provides a backup function for the Technical Supervisor when needed.Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for your team, providing support and guidance to overcome challenges in the field. Ensure successful installation and commissioning of lifts on time, safely, and cost-effectively. Assist in servicing and breakdowns when required, adapting to business needs. Be flexible and willing to work overtime when necessary to meet urgent customer demands. Carry out installations, maintenance, and service as per the schedule while ensuring high-quality work. Supervise the team to ensure safe and efficient service of lifts.Provide training to colleagues and business partners to enhance product knowledge. Offer technical support to internal and external clients. Contribute innovative ideas to help grow and improve the business.Undertake additional tasks relevant to the position as needed. What Were Looking For: A full UK driving licence.Extensive experience in the lift Industry. NVQ Level 2 Platform Lift Installation (or similar Lift/Engineering NVQ). PASMA SSSTS & CSCS blue card certification. Knowledge of working at height, manual handling, and asbestos awareness. Hands-on experience with platform lifts or similar equipment. Experience with safe electrical works. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership skills guiding and supporting your team effectively. Technical expertise ensuring high-quality installations and service. Problem-solving skills overcoming field challenges with confidence.Excellent communication working with colleagues and clients efficiently. Ability to train and develop others to enhance team performance. Working Conditions: Frequent travel to project sites, with the potential for extended hours or overnight stays.
