Filled with people who do things differently, the agency is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Account Executive who will lead on the implementation and analysis of paid search and paid social campaigns for exciting finance and retail clients.Split across paid social, paid search and display, the Senior Digital Account Executive will:Plan and execute effective digital strategies across paid search and paid social channels, from creating the response to brief, through to reporting, optimisation and insights analysisManage campaigns from start to finish, including campaign building and optimisation to deliver against objectivesBe client-facing, working with other specialists and the wider team to fully manage the client relationshipProduce reporting on a regular basis for internal and external use, ensuring this is up to date at all timesExperience and skills neededPrevious paid search and paid social experience, ideally gained within an agency environmentExperience using Google/Microsoft Search Ads, Meta Ads Manager, as well as MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)Client facing skills, able to represent the needs of your clients internally, as well as the technical skills and high attention to detail neededAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible and agile with a can do attitudeKeen to accelerate their career, wanting to contribute towards the growth of an exciting agencyGreat communication skills and proven ability to inspire and motivate those around youWe're all about our business and our clients businesses reflecting the world around us, which means we embrace diversity and inclusion and promote equity and belonging.
