Credit control duties.Accounts Payable: Making sure all invoices are approved according to DOA, coded, and entered in SAP. Run weekly payments for all suppliers and staff reimbursements and ensure all invoices are paid on time with no errors. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.Banking: Perform weekly bank reconciliationsMonth-end: Support the month-end process by providing documentation for month-end journalsYear-end Auditing: Assisting in year-end auditing and tax return.Others: Assist with any ad-hoc reports and duties when required.
