What's it all about? The Product Marketing Executive (Marinas) supports the Senior Product Marketing Manager in executing lead generation campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and market positioning for EliteMarinas. This role plays a key part in lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media engagement, and industry events, ensuring product messaging resonates with marina & boatyard operators.The role offers the opportunity to work strategically and hands-on, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Account Managment teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with commercial objectives. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role, ideal for someone looking to gain deeper product marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS business.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Demand Marketing Support and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring a steady pipeline of MQLs for new business development.Assist in developing granular Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to refine targeting and increase campaign effectiveness.Implement and optimise email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and CRM to drive engagement with both new and existing customers.Leverage social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok) to promote product messaging, generate leads, and engage with prospects.Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to ensure marketing contributes directly to revenue growth through targeted content and digital advertising.Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution Support EliteMarinas product launches by assisting with messaging, positioning, and targeted campaign execution.Conduct market and competitor research to ensure EliteMarinas remains differentiated within the marina sector.Assist in the development of product-focused email and social media campaigns that drive awareness, build engagement and generate leads. Help refine sales enablement materials to align with product value propositions and customer pain points.Sales Enablement & Content Creation Assist in the development of sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and battle cards.Ensure that product messaging and positioning are clear, compelling, and customer-centric.Translate complex technical details into easy-to-understand marketing materials for the sales team and customers.Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to improve MQL-to-SQL handover and lead nurturing strategies.Events & Industry Engagement Prepare and execute marketing campaigns for trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, ensuring maximum lead generation impact.Support event logistics, ensuring EliteMarinas has the right materials, messaging, and outreach plans to drive engagement.Attend select industry events to gain market insights and support lead generation efforts when required.KPIs & Performance MetricsMQL Generation & Quality: Number of high-value leads generated through marketing efforts.Email & Social Media Performance: Engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates from digital campaigns.Campaign Performance: Effectiveness of targeted campaigns and ICP-driven initiatives.Sales Enablement Impact: Contribution to deal progression through strong marketing support.Event ROI: Success of EliteMarinas presence at industry events in terms of lead generation.:Must-Have Experience: 2-3 years of product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment.Experience of working within the marina or boating industry Experience in lead generation initiatives, with a focus on social media and email marketing.Experience supporting product launches and GTM strategies, working closely with sales and product teams.Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing content.Understanding of competitive analysis and customer segmentation, using data to inform campaign direction.Event support experience, including marketing preparations and industry engagement.Preferred Skills & Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and strategic mindset, with a strong ability to manage projects.Experience in high-growth environments, ideally within a start-up or scale-up.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, aligning marketing with sales and product teams.Reporting LineReports to: Senior Product Marketing ManagerWorks closely with: Sales Team, Product Team, Account Management, Creative ManagerWhy This Role is CriticalEliteMarinas is rapidly expanding, and lead generation is key to our success.
