Hargreaves Services Plc is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant to help us build our brand and support our growing group of businesses in this new created role.Why Join Us?Hands-On Role: You'll be actively involved in maintaining and developing our company website, ensuring it stays up-to-date and engaging.Analytics and Improvement: Utilise website analytics, Google Analytics, and other digital tools to assess performance and continuously improve engagement.Creative Campaigns: Develop original, on-brand email campaigns to build internal distribution lists, keep clients informed, and cross-promote our services for lead generation.Communications: Enhance internal engagement and awareness through effective intranet communications.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside our wider marketing team to produce impactful marketing collateral and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Manage and update the company website with SEO optimisation.Implement digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.Create and edit digital content, including blog posts and videos.Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities.Monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.Assist with digital advertising tasks like keyword research and ad creation.Report on digital marketing progress and developments.What We're Looking For:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Skills and Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, email management), excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage and prioritise workload, and handle multiple tasks and projects.Desirable:Experience in the B2B sector.Digital marketing experience.
