THE BUSINESSOur fantastic client is a leader within furniture marking, particularly wood-based products. They seek to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive with a proven skillset within SEO & PPC. Our client is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimise their performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, and affiliate), while contributing to broader marketing efficiency across content, reporting, and campaign support. This is a hands-on, multi-channel role ideal for someone commercially aware, data-savvy, and adaptable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and MetaMonitor spend and performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR)Write ad copy and collaborate on creative assetsConduct A/B testing of adverts and landing pagesGenerate weekly/monthly reports and actionable insightsCarry out keyword research and optimise on-page elements (titles, headers, metadata, internal linking)Identify and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like Screaming Frog or SEMrushLiaise with content creators to optimise blog and category contentManage affiliate relationships, approve/reject applications, and onboard new partnersMaintain marketing calendars and coordinate content drops, launches, and eventsCreate UTM-tagged links, monitor campaigns in GA4 and Looker StudioCollaborate on product page enhancements and short-form contentSupport CRO testing (heatmaps, user flow analysis, A/B tests)Dedicate time weekly to industry research, webinars, and sharing learnings with the teamTHE PERSONREQUIREMENTS:Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate platformsFamiliarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)Comfortable using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Excel/SheetsBasic HTML and CMS knowledge (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)Strong written English and attention to detailProactive, self-organising approach to workloadBONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)Background in e-commerce or furniture/homeware retailInterest in sustainable or values-led brandingTO APPLYPlease apply for this position and your CV will go direct to Kyle Jevons who is leading the search.
