Your responsibilities will include aiding and support with:• Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations• Participation in on Monthly project reviews with Contracts Director as required• Liaising with Contracts Management and procurement teams• Issue of problem-solving documentation including Collateral Warranties• Assessing and certification of Sub-Contractor interim payments and Final Accounts, ensuring required Payment/Pay-less notices are issued.• Preparing, submitting and agreeing Interim Valuations.• Assist with preparation of Extension of Time and Loss & Expense Submissions.• Submission & Negotiation of Final Accounts• Identification, notification and valuationYou will ideally have a Main Contractor background and project experience of £5M+:BSc in Quantity SurveyingMinimum of 3/4 years post-graduate experienceAttained or working towards membership of RICSStrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsA good understanding of the construction industry and working on siteBenefits:OHMG offer an attractive benefits package to all staff, including the following:• Full time, permanent• Competitive salary• 31 days annual leave entitlement• Company pension contributions• Flexible working opportunities• Free onsite parking• Sick pay• Cycle to work scheme• Referral programme• Bereavement leave
