Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you'll manage and optimise campaigns across our paid media channels to drive acquisition and engagement for our leading consumer products – including Kids Pass, Days Out, and Global Hotel Pass.Key responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.Write compelling ad copy, build creative briefs, and collaborate with design to develop engaging visuals.Continuously analyse performance and refine audience targeting, budget allocation, creative assets, and messaging.Leverage GA4 and attribution tools to monitor KPIs, conversion funnels, and user behaviour.Work closely with CRM, retention, partnerships, design, dev, and product teams to align strategy and maximise impact.Experiment with new channels, formats, and audiences to uncover growth opportunities.What we're looking for:2+ years' experience in a hands-on paid media role, managing acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.Google Ads and Meta certifications a strong plus.Analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail and performance.Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, test-and-learn environment.Passionate about data, creative experimentation, and continuous improvement.
