Head of ProductionAbout Us:An established sports organisation in the North West is recruiting for a Head of Production to lead its video content output across digital platforms. This is a strategic role, responsible for planning, producing, and delivering a video content strategy that supports brand, audience, and commercial objectives.About the Role:The successful candidate will oversee the full video production process, manage a multi-skilled team, and ensure that all video content is aligned with the organisation’s goals. They will work across departments and with commercial partners to create content that reflects the organisation’s work in sport and its wider activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end production of video content for digital and social media channels.Develop and maintain a content plan that supports audience engagement and growth, with a particular focus on international growth.Manage production teams, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with other departments to support wider marketing and communication efforts.Work with commercial partners to produce content that is mutually beneficial.Monitor content performance and use data to inform future planning.Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and production quality standards.Ensure all video content is consistent in style, tone, and technical execution.Skills and Experience Required:Experience leading video production in a sport, media, or related environment.Strong understanding of production tools and editing software.Knowledge of digital platforms and how content is adapted across channels.Experience managing teams and working with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to assess content performance and adapt strategies based on data.If this role is of interest, please press the apply button and include a copy of your CV.We ask that applicants complete our diversity monitoring form.
