Based in the UK, IHH-VAC delivers innovative and reliable ventilation and climate control solutions tailored to the unique demands of the poultry industryToday, Jamesway is one of the top three brands worldwide in Poultry Incubation and has a customer base reaching every corner of the world.Position Description & ScopeThe Accounting Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support for the Accounting, HR, and Health and Safety teams. This part-time role ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and effective assistance with ongoing projects in a dynamic, global organization. The role will be 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday).Position Duties & ResponsibilitiesHR AdministrationAssist with HR tasks such as drafting letters and maintaining recordsSchedule return-to-work meetingsTrack attendance and update recordsAttend disciplinary meetings to take minutes and provide administrative supportMaintain and update the training matrix and coordinate training sessionsSupport onboarding of new employeesHealth & Safety SupportManage and update HS postingsAttend HS meetings, take notes, and support documentation complianceAssist in organizing HS recordsGeneral Administrative DutiesManage timesheets and project trackingOrder and track suppliesMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsArchive records per GDPR and data retention policiesSchedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-upsAssist in organizing employee engagement and social eventsOpen and distribute mailFinance AdministrationAccurately process AP and sales invoicesTrack department expenses (training, events, supplies)Enter purchase requisitionsCredit Card ReconciliationCommunicationAct as point of contact for internal and external admin/HR queriesDraft and distribute internal memos and announcementsIT and Systems AssistanceProvide basic systems access support and coordinate IT troubleshootingTravel CoordinationBook travel for offsite meetings or training sessionsQualificationsExperience in administrative support for Finance, HR & H&S experience is an asset.Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Clear written and verbal communicationAbility to multitask and prioritize in a part-time capacityWhy Join UsJoin a collaborative and globally connected teamGain experience supporting cross-functional departmentsEnjoy opportunities for professional growth and developmentFlexible, part-time hours (4 days per week)Competitive salaryHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience.Jamesway is an equal-opportunity employer.
