Enable internal teams and optimise product adoption - build awareness, drive demand, adoption & overall success of product.Experience:Product marketing experience operating at an expert level, 3+ yearsMarketing experience and understanding of working with Marketing and Marcomms teams 2+ yearsEngineering / technical / HVACR experience 3+ yearsMust have market knowledge and experience within the commercial heating marketSkills/Responsibilities:To be successful in this role you will need to:Ensure customer is placed at the center of everything we doContinual natural collaboration with stakeholders, working to maximise positive outcomes for the business and customersClear project managed product marketing roadmap, including product, legislation, product intel and marketsDevelop and co-ordinate go to market and product sales strategy with Marcomms, Product Strategy & Delivery Manager and Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to drive and optimise product adoptionInput view to budget, forecasting and legislation from market to Product Intelligence and Legislation SpecialistSuggest ways to track product use and impact on end usersOwn the market/customer needs/values/feedback (VOC) – check vs others in teamIdentify and prioritise gaps and opportunities from Product Marketing team, balancing between products and markets.
