Your new role Repairs and Maintenance: Performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, decorating, and other associated tasksCustomer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service by communicating effectively with tenants and addressing their concerns promptlyTeam Collaboration: Working closely with other tradespeople and team members to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryProperty Inspections: Conducting property inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenanceDocumentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used, and reporting any issues to the management teamContinuous Improvement: Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest industry standards and practicesWhat you'll need to succeed For this role you will need;- Full UK Driving License - Previous experience working for a social housing provider - Multi Skilled within all trades - Good knowledge of all building maintenance - Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role What you'll get in return For this role you will gain a Temp to Perm contract with a local supported housing provider.
