You’ll work directly with the European Marketplace Manager, supporting our fast-paced expansion across platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay and our European marketplace expansion. If you’re digitally savvy, analytical, and excited by the idea of influencing what people see (and buy!) online – we’d love to hear from you.The RoleYou’ll be right at the heart of our DTC marketplace operations – helping to optimise listings, spot trends, and make sure we’re getting the most out of every channel. Here’s a snapshot of the role:Product Listings & SEO: Craft compelling, accurate, and keyword-rich listings that stand out and convert.Pricing & Promotions: Coordinate price changes and promotions across channels, in sync with our wider marketing calendar.Performance Analysis: Dive into the data – generating reports, tracking sales performance, and supporting paid campaigns.Affiliate Management: Help manage and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate network, identifying and supporting high performers.TikTok Live Shopping: Work with our social team to schedule and execute TikTok Live events that drive engagement and sales.Product Spotting: Collaborate with our Marketing and Marketplace teams to identify emerging product opportunities and trendsAccount Health: Keep an eye on customer feedback and channel compliance – making sure we’re always in good shape.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments (Marketing, Ops, Finance) to ensure we’re aligned and focused on growth.About youWe’re looking for someone who brings 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or TikTok. You should have a genuine passion for e-commerce, with a keen interest in digital trends and how consumer behaviour is evolving online.You’ll be confident using tools like Amazon Seller Central or eBay Seller Hub, and comfortable navigating the back-end of these platforms to drive performance. Strong analytical skills are essential – you enjoy diving into data, uncovering insights, and translating those into meaningful actions. Great communication skills will help you collaborate with teams across the business and articulate performance clearly and confidently.We’re after someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and thrives when juggling multiple projects. You should be proactive, curious, and motivated to learn – someone who’s as excited about growing their own skill set as they are about growing our marketplace presence.While not essential, it would be a bonus if you have some experience with paid advertising on marketplaces (like Amazon PPC or eBay Promoted Listings), or if you’ve worked with SEO and keyword research tools such as Helium 10, SEMrush, or Jungle Scout.Why Spectrum Brands?
