This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about sports and fashion, and who thrives on shaping how a brand is seen by the world. The Senior Brand Manager will lead the team in identifying key consumer trends, driving creative campaigns, and ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive market. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within the marketing team and work alongside colleagues from different departments, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead.Key Responsibilities In The Position of Senior Brand ManagerCoach and mentor a high performing teamSpearhead the development of the brand's marketing strategies to align with company goalsLead the execution of creative 360 campaigns, covering everything from messaging to point-of-sale materialsKeep a close eye on industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curveTake full responsibility for the brand's tone of voice (TOV) and overall market positioningAct as the key link between the marketing team and other internal departmentsLead the go-to-market (GTM) process and supporting new product launchesCollaborate closely with the wider marketing team on both brand and channel campaignsManage marketing reports and ensuring KPIs are achieved in line with strategic goalsWhat You Need to Bring:A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a focus on marketingA kind, empathetic and results oriented leaderSolid understanding of marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, market research, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experiencePrevious experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plusA self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindsetStrong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working cross-functionallyExperience in running 360-degree marketing campaigns from start to finishHighly organised with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneouslyThis Senior Brand Manager role offers the chance to make a real difference in a growing, fun and dynamic company, and play a key part in shaping the future of the brand.
