Head of Growth Marketing | £90–£110k + Bonus | Hybrid (1 day/week in office or 2 day fortnightly)We’re working with a mission-led, high-trust consumer brand that’s entering a bold new phase of transformation. With a loyal customer base and a strong heritage, they’re now investing heavily in data, digital, and scalable growth strategies.The business is shifting away from traditional, manual routes to market and moving toward a more strategic, performance-driven model. Under new leadership, they’re focused on building a high-performing marketing function that delivers measurable impact.They’re now hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to take full ownership of customer acquisition across all digital channels.Why this role stands out:True influence: This isn’t just about execution—you’ll help build the growth engine from the ground up, with visibility at the highest levels of the business.Performance-first: You’ll take full ownership of lead generation across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and affiliates—tracking CAC, CPL, and ROI every step of the way.Team leadership: Lead a high-performing team of seven channel specialists and an SEO Manager, with responsibility across multiple audience segments.Agency management: Oversee key external partners, particularly media buying agencies, to ensure best-in-class campaign delivery.Full-funnel ownership: Optimise performance across the entire customer journey, from awareness through to conversion—improving each stage of the funnel.Analytics and experimentation: Use data to refine performance and build a strong test-and-learn culture across the team. What they’re looking for:10+ years in digital or growth marketing—ideally within a regulated or high-trust industry (e.g., SaaS, EdTech, utilities, health, financial services or consumer services)Deep experience across paid performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO)Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc., to drive decisionsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and commercial teamsProven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth through digital marketingThis role reports into a forward-thinking VP of Marketing who is building a function focused on empowerment, creativity, and impact.
