If so, we have the perfect role for you!This growing Venue Finding team is looking for a talented and experienced Venue Sourcing Executive to join us in Broome, West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients, researching and sourcing the best venues both across the UK and internationally. You'll be at the heart of an energetic team, helping to craft memorable events and experiences that exceed client expectations.What You’ll Be Doing:Brief Taking: Listen intently to client requirements, ensure you understand their needs, and propose venues and destinations that perfectly match their vision.Venue Sourcing: Research and discover the ideal venues, both locally and internationally, to match each unique client brief.Negotiation & Financial Targets: Work with venues to negotiate cost-effective solutions that meet clients’ needs while achieving your financial goals.Creative Proposals: Craft detailed, accurate, and creative proposals that bring each event to life, ensuring that every detail aligns with the client's brief.Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients by attending site visits, providing excellent communication, and delivering high-quality service.Venue Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with venues, ensuring the highest service levels and negotiating the best possible rates and terms.Time & Project Management: Juggle multiple briefs, ensuring every project runs on time and meets agreed SLAs.What You’ll Need:Proven experience in venue finding, ideally within an agency environment.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—along with excellent interpersonal abilities.A proactive, self-driven attitude, with excellent attention to detail.Superb organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.Familiarity with IT tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.A calm and flexible approach to change and a passion for learning.A full driving licence and a car (due to the rural location).Why You Should Apply:Be part of a growing, dynamic team.Work on exciting and diverse projects with a wide range of clients.Enjoy a role that combines creativity, negotiation, and client-facing tasks.Thrive in an environment where your initiative and ideas are valued.Take ownership of your projects and contribute to the growth of the business.If you’re ready to bring your venue sourcing expertise to a fantastic team and take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
