Email Marketing ManagerReading (3 days in the office, 2 from home)£40KMaxwell Bond have partnered with one of Europe’s biggest retailers on their search for an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of the channel with a focus on driving engagement, brand loyalty and increasing sales across the UK.Working closely with the head of marketing, you will be responsible for the full email marketing for the UK as well as overseeing 2 junior members of the team, with a focus on personal development and progression What You’ll Be Doing:Developing and executing email campaigns from strategy through to analysisDevelop strategies to maximise engagement, brand loyalty and salesOverseeing 2 juniors including 1-1 personal development sessions About you:Experience in Email/ CRM marketing, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environmentStrong understanding of data protection regulationsProven track record in developing and implementing email marketing strategies They are looking for someone who wants to make a real impact in a business and work in a close knit team where continuous development is at the heart of what they do.Think this is the next step for you or want to find out more information?
