As Content Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how our Programme is communicated across our network. You'll be responsible for driving engagement and growth through compelling content strategies, while also supporting the delivery team to ensure marketing and recruitment campaigns deliver measurable ROI. About the role: The Content Marketer will play a crucial role at Pathway CTM to bring the Programme comms and content together, and to ensure our network of students, parents and teachers can access our opportunities. To start with this role will own the B2C marketing, reporting into the Head of Delivery and working with the delivery sub teams who liaise directly with our customers (employers and education groups). You will have regular Mailchimp communications and social media tasks, as well as improving our website, Learning Managment System, and Online Teacher Zone. The successful post holder will take ownership of our brand and will improve the content on our sites with our developer (who manages our back-end API data points, from your front-end user journey). Your responsibilities: Campaign Management & Promotion Plan, execute, and optimise email and social media marketing campaigns to drive engagement. Promote B2C events to build mass awareness and ensure high-quality outreach. Maximise alumni and volunteer networks to boost Programme usage. Work with the marketing agency on B2B lead generation strategies and case studies. Content & Platform Management Regularly update website content (WordPress) to reflect latest events & employer profiles. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all content channels and comms campaigns. Maintain and improve the Teacher Zone and Learning Management System with updated content, data, and resources for teachers and students. Collaborate with developers and agencies to manage web updates and integrations. Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand objectives and enhance SEO, driving organic growth. Analytics & Reporting Monitor, analyse, and report on email, social media, website engagement, and SEO performance. Plan and track Marketing & Events budgets to ensure alignment with agreed costs and promotional activity. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Creative Production Edit videos and podcasts to support content initiatives. Design promotional materials such as event banners and PDFs. Stakeholder Management Build and manage relationships with key partners and third parties (e.g., developers, PR and marketing agencies). What we are looking for… 3-5 years of content marketing experience and skilled in website content optimisation and understanding data flows between systems (e.g. WordPress, Zoho) Proven success in planning, executing, and analysing email marketing campaigns Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn) Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to growth Experience organising and promoting events Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills across team Applications will be accepted until Friday 18th April 2025.
