Senior Azure Cloud Engineer – Manchester / Hybrid workingWe are proud to be working with a prestigious Global Professional Firm as they look to add to their Global Infrastructure Team with the appointment of a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer, based in Manchester.Spanning Europe, Asia, America and the Middle East they have a workforce of more than 5,500 and continually invest in their Technology function. You are joining them as they continue their cloud journey Globally.You must live within easy commute of Central Manchester to be considered as there is a regular requirement to be on site. This is essential.You would be responsible for implementing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure.Duties will include, but not be limited to, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Terraform, you will also develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration management.The role will involve you working closely with the entire Infrastructure Team, incorporating both operational and architecture personnel. You will act as the Azure cloud SME within the Team.Key skills and experience required:Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and solutions in a multi-site enterprise-scale environmentProven expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, networking, security, and governanceKnowledge and experience of working with automation tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible, or KubernetesExperience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environmentsExperience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or similarCloud certification (ie Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate or an alternate similarly recognised certification)Hybrid working is offered.
