This role would suit someone who is experienced in the Digital PR space, has strengths in both client and staff management and a proven track record of delivering solid Digital PR campaigns across newsjacking, thought leadership and data-led campaigns. Responsibilities:Lead and own the reactive offeringEffectively monitor and develop ideation for reactive trendsWorking with the team to activate reactive and proactive newsjacking and providing guidance and feedback to support the teamContributing to new business pitch decks, helping to ideate for new business and supporting the Digital PR Lead on pitches where required Leading on key accounts including regular client calls Comfortable with reporting and sharing wins and updates with clientsIdentifying opportunities to grow the accounts and cross-sell Working to meet and exceed our client KPIs Line Management of Minimum Two StaffIdentifying gaps in the team’s knowledge & conducting training where necessary to upskill team members Supporting the wider team by providing feedback and guidance on best practice Supporting the team on outreach across all campaigns including proactive, reactive, thought leadership and data-led campaignsContributing to team brainstorms and ideation across all clients Creating ideas that are creative and with robust methodologies - well-researched Experience & Skillset:Minimum 4-5 year's experience in a Digital PR roleStrong client management skills - this is a heavily client facing roleStrong Digital PR skillset – clear understanding of processes & undertaking newsjacking, campaign work & thought leadership, in addition to anything else you feel would work within the Digital PR spaceGood awareness of SEO & how to tie Digital PR deliverables into the wider pictureAbility to build media lists & highlight publicationsGood written skillset – ability to write & create newsworthy press releasesAwareness of digital practices & marketing funnelsAnalytical – be able to find newsworthy stories within statistics & researchComfortable presenting to clientsExperience managing a team a bonusAbility to communicate technical & creative ideas effectively within business contextApplicants must have the right to work in and be based in the UK.
