It is the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network with it seeing over 200,000 vehicles per day and it’s a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods vehicles into and around our capital. The network includes around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, so it requires high levels of performance, constant improvement and repairs to keep it operating smoothly.We’ve formed a Joint Venture project called Connect Plus Services (CPS) to work with our partners to widen, operate and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract and we are looking for a Technical Training Co-Ordinator / Administrator to join our team.You will be based in Scratchwood Depot - London Gateway M1, London NW7 3JA 3 days a week.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:To work as part of the Joint venture Training Team providing effective and timely administration in support of the training activitiesComplete personal training to keep current with the job roleRaising PO’s, receipting orders and resolving invoice queries/Maintaining Training financial databaseCo-ordinate and administer CITB levy/claim with BBLiaise with internal and external Training ProvidersBook training venues when requiredUpdate, develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive training recordsDevelop as a primary user for administering the Training Database RecordsExtract, consolidate and manipulate learning and development data for regular reports and on requestBe able to respond to other Training Department requirementsMonitor qualification expiry dates to ensure that renewals take place in good timeContinue to develop and improve current systems to ensure on-going compliance on qualifications, to meet industry standards/regulationsLive the Connect Plus Services ValuesEnsure a relentless focus on Zero HarmSupport the delivery of the business’ Sustainability activitiesAd hoc project work as requiredQualificationsIntermediate working knowledge of MS Word and ExcelAttention to detailAbility to communicate at all levelsPrior experience in an Administration role, ideally within a training environmentAdditional information:We are committed to our planetIn each project we design, engineer and operate we care deeply about the legacy we’re leaving behind.
