You’ll be passionate about creating consumer-relevant propositions and bringing products to market with purpose and impact.You will have a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept development and go-to-market planning, through to launch execution, product performance analysis, and end-of-life planning. Experience in coordinating complex, multi-category portfolios across multiple countries or regions is essential, along with the ability to align global strategy with regional commercial needs.You’ll bring a strong understanding of competitive market analysis and consumer insights, using data to shape your thinking and inform key business decisions. You are comfortable navigating data, identifying trends, and translating insight into compelling strategies and solutions.You will have hands-on experience in channel management, supporting execution across both B2B and D2C channels, and a clear understanding of how to deliver relevant content, campaigns, and experiences that resonate in-market.We’re looking for someone who is digitally aware, with a good grasp of how digital, content, and social media marketing can support broader brand building goals. You will have managed or supported integrated marketing campaigns across multiple media channels, and you’re confident working alongside creative, digital, and media partners.You’ll be naturally curious and solution-oriented, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by change, growth, and the opportunity to shape marketing best practice across diverse markets.
