The Senior Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with consulting, strategic planning, client management, and project execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Oversee and lead consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and track project work plans, manage resources, and identify and mitigate potential risks.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of junior or associate consultants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and expectations, and translate them into actionable solutions. Regularly communicate project progress and updates to clients.Expertise and Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on industry best practices and emerging trends. Analyze client data and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and present recommendations and solutions to clients.Qualifications10+ years’ experience with proven experience in a senior leadership role. Industry experience in Enterprise SaaS is required.Proven track record of driving growth in B2B markets, with a focus on digital marketing, branding and customer acquisition.Experience in go-to-market initiatives, especially for software/ tech companies to enter the UK market.Owning an existing portfolio of companies with the intention to invest in the UK market is highly preferredDemonstrated previous success in developing and executing marketing strategies that lead to measurable business growth.Experience of translating a revenue and product go-to-market plan into a multichannel demand generation plan.Experience and understanding of the cultural dynamics of enterprise-level consultancy business.Fluency in English required and second language such as Turkish, German or French is preferred.
