Since launching in 2019, they have built a powerhouse team who manage brands.They partner with some of the most exciting and recognisable brands across health & beauty, fashion, consumer electronics, FMCG, and grocery, delivering data-driven, strategic solutions to help brands scale and dominate on the world’s biggest online marketplace.The Role:Develop and execute paid advertising strategies for multiple brands.Plan, create, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns.Conduct competitor and market analysis.Build bespoke reports with performance commentary.Manage client communications and lead brand meetings.Essential Skills:Minimum 2 years' experience in paid advertising (Amazon experience preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookup tables, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.Benefits:Competitive salary with opportunities for growth.25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Private medical cover, including dental and optical.Flexible working (hybrid, with at least 2 days in Leeds office).Regular team socials and a collaborative work culture.We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants.
