Key Responsibilities: Keep the reception, meeting rooms, edit suites and other office spaces organised, tidy and welcoming Ad-hoc admin duties Greet clients, provide refreshments, and coordinate meetings Tackle incoming calls and messages Support the Operations Director with clerical and organisational tasks Distribute post and deliveries Manage stationery stock and weekly grocery orders Assist departments with ad-hoc tasks Coordinate the planning of team social events Experience/Attributes: Positive and proactive attitude, always ready to assist with a smile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer literature and enjoy IT tasks.
