You must have a solid understanding of the science behind recipe formulation and innovation insights and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the concept-to-launch process. This customer-facing role will require expertise in scaling up recipes from kitchen to factory production and formulating products with a strong grasp of functional ingredients, preservatives, and food additives.You:Previous experience in food technology is essentialYou will need a passion for bakery productsAbility to identify food trends and leverage consumer insights to drive innovation.Able to conduct factory trials, manage sample production, and support customer presentations.Strong understanding of recipe formulation, food safety, and food additives & preservatives.Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.Degree in Food Science or a Food Tech related subjectThis position is site-based in North Wales and would require relocation if you are outside the daily commute to our clients manufacturing site.PLEASE NOTE - Candidates on a Non-Permanent work visa will not be considered, as the company is not an accredited employer and cannot provide sponsorship after a work visa expires.
