This unpaid role offers flexible deadlines and a collaborative, creative environment. Multiple positions available. About the positionYou will work with a team of new developers to the studio, with the goal of creating a game - going through all stages of development from concept to finalising production.Credit will be given, and if the project is commercially released then revenue will be equally distributed based on involvement.Communication will take place upon the most overall preferred platform, Discord.ResponsibilitiesSupport and guide a small remote team through the game development process.Help organize and assign tasks based on team strengths and project needs.Keep the project on track by tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.Encourage open communication and collaboration between all team members.Run regular team check-ins and keep everyone aligned with project goals.
