We work with some of the world's most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space.We have an international team of 40 based across our HQ in Manchester, UK and Europe (Skopje). Were expanding our service fast around the world and were now looking for a GTM strategist to join our team and support our clients.Experience in building B2B campaigns to help build effective lead-generation programs for our clients. You MUST be eager and willing to learn.About you?You have a strong grasp of cold email marketing and the end-to-end process of building high-performing lead generation campaigns. You're skilled in crafting relevant messaging and using tools like Clay.com to segment and build hyper-targeted prospect lists.Efficiency is second nature to youyou leverage AI tools like Chatgpt and Claude to streamline your workflow and maximise output. You're results-driven and motivated by delivering real value to both customers and the team.With a creative mindset and past experience, you've learned to strike the right balance between innovation and simplicity, knowing when to push boundaries and when to keep things focused.You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy sharing ideas, and are energised by working alongside others who are passionate about all things GTM. You're excited to contribute to the success of a fast-growing team.What does the role involve?Develop & execute GTM campaign strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute GTM plans for client campaignsOnboarding new clients - creating scripts, strategy and launching new campaignsCreate and implement SOPs to ensure efficiencies and quality control - campaign set up, optimisation, script creation, A/B testingCampaign Performance Optimisation - Use analytics to assess campaign performance, identifying key levers for improvement and scaleA/B Testing - Constantly testing new initiatives and market trends through a methodical 'systematic approach to increase campaign performanceR&D - Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, technologies and software to ensure we stay a market leaderMaintain strong cross-departmental relationships and establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with all key stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset Bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking and a sense of urgency to build and optimise a high-impact service function.
