Would love to put your mark on a newly created HR Business Partner role?HRLife are working with a newly appointed, inspirational Chief People Officer who is looking for their first HR Business Partner to join them in this dynamic, growing international business as they start to set the strategy and culture and put in place the HR framework.This is an exciting time to join as this offers a blank canvas and youll be instrumental in building a high-performing people approach to HR across the group covering 15 countries globally. Youll be supporting the development and implementation of a market-leading employee journey across the full employee lifecycle whilst ensuring that the entrepreneurial culture is maintained as the company grows and evolves. Key responsibilities include:Supporting the CPO in delivering all people/HR-related activities, including talent development, leadership development, skills and competency development and HR operationsBuilding strong partnerships with global leaders to become their trusted advisor and people champion, while ensuring that the business remains true to its culture, values and business objectivesSupporting the development of organisational foundations policies, procedures, contracts, processes globally, whilst retaining and building on a strong cultureCreating pathways for growth and succession planning, ensuring the business retains and develops the best talent in the industryRunning employee engagement surveys and implement a variety of feedback mechanisms that provide relevant and useful insights to enable continuous and actionable improvementAdvising across all HR areas including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, capability, performance management and reward whilst considering local legislation and culture.Were looking for someone that is happy working in a start-up environment where there is very little structure in place right now, someone who can roll their sleeves up and make things happen. In addition:Fluent Spanish and English is a mustPrevious HRBP experience working across multiple regions is essentialAwareness and sensitivity towards a variety of countries and cultures understanding the need for consistent processes and practices, while incorporating and adapting to local needs. This is a remote working role with international travel (likely on a monthly basis) but if you would prefer to visit an office there is also the option to base yourself in London.Salary Up to 70k plus bonus
