Restaurant Manager for beautiful intimate fine dining restaurant in Mayfair 45,000 - 50,000 per annumRole: Restaurant ManagerLocation: Mayfair, LondonSalary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annumWork Schedule: 6-day operation, closed Sundays, 2 double shifts / 3 singles per week (approx. 4548 hours)We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join one of Londons most respected fine dining restaurants. This is a rare chance to step into a key leadership role within an acclaimed and intimate venue, known for its uncompromising standards, exceptional service, and innovative cuisine.The restaurant operates at a Michelin-level standard and has received multiple industry accolades in recent years. The team values integrity, excellence, and a warm yet professional approach to hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily service operations and ensure seamless guest experiencesSupport and lead a small but high-performing FOH teamLiaise closely with senior management, kitchen leadership, and beverage teamsManage reservations, seating strategy (including counter service), and shift flowFoster a positive, structured, and service-led team environmentSupport training, menu briefings, and performance developmentWhat We're Looking For:23 years in fine dining or Michelin-starred environments is essentialProven leadership with the ability to inspire and elevate team performanceHighly guest-centric and detail-orientedComfortable in an intimate and dynamic settingStrong floor presence and ability to adapt under pressureDiscreet, reliable, and composedTeam & Setup:Close-knit senior team across FOH and BOHSmall cover numbers (under 35) with counter and terrace elementsBalance of style, precision, and authenticityWork Schedule & Culture6-day operation, closed Sundays2 double shifts / 3 singles per week (approx. 4548 hours)Emphasis on work-life balance and team wellbeing
