Working with some of the largest and most complex cases in the region, and indeed the UK insurance market - this is an outstanding career opportunity to join a specialist team at a global insurance broking giant.The role is peak client service, without the pressure of sales targets - instead focussing on providing the right solutions for your clients over multi-year agreements.The role can be based at any of the firms corporate offices - Birmingham, Manchester, London, or Leeds. Remote applicants commutable to Bristol or Leicester will also be considered.Benefits:Competitive salary up to 65,000Performance-related bonus, generous pension scheme, flexible benefits package including private medical, income protection, and life insurancePersonalised training and development plan, built around your aspirationsHybrid working model with 2 days in on of the firms corporate offices and the flexibility to work from homeRole Insights:Account Handling a diverse portfolio of specialist and corporate clients, managing complex insurance programmes with 1bn+ sums insuredWorking on a variety of insurance lines, from property, liabilities, vehicles and PI through to marine, aviation, technology, drones and a host of other nichesYoull focus on client servicing and support, ensuring the highest standards without the pressure of sales targetsProvide advisory-led insurance broking within a stable client environment, with many on 3-5 year agreementsCollaborate with a seasoned team dedicated to supporting your transition into this advanced roleKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of specialist clientsAnalyse and interpret complex insurance requirements to provide tailored solutionsEnsure the highest level of client service, responding promptly to queries and concernsCollaborate with internal teams to maintain and enhance service delivery standardsKeep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed adviceEssential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in insurance account handling, preferably within a brokerage environmentStrong understanding of various insurance products and marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyse complex data and present information clearlyAdept at building and maintaining professional client relationshipsACII qualification or work towards is desirable, but far from essentialThis role is suited for a dedicated insurance professional seeking a challenging yet rewarding environment, where client service excellence is paramount.
