Job Description

We are looking for a Workflow/Resource Coordinator to work on an ongoing temporary basis for a professional services firm.This busy department delivers design work globally and have a consultative approach to their work.As the Workflow/Resource/Traffic Coordinator you will be responsible for planning and organising resource requirements to meet client demand for their creative needs.Key Responsibilities:Interacts and liaises with clients to accept a brief of the job/work required.Allocating workflow to appropriate team members/resources to work most efficiently and meet client needsAssists with quality checking and assurance processes, as instructed.Key skills requiredYou would ideally have worked within a professional services environment as you would need to understand the cultural nuances and coordinate the workflow accordingly.You will have excellent communication skills and will be confident in dealing with internal clients at all levelsYou will be very efficient and very good at organising your work to get the job done, whilst being sensitive to the demands on the team and the workload they are facing at any given timeYou will have the ability to work under pressure yet maintain a professional, friendly manner at all timesCustomer service is key to this role and we would welcome candidates who have previously worked in a professional services environment within customer service/client liaison.The ability to listen, retain information and react to changes in a positive manner are key to making this role a success.
