At Saint-Gobain Ecophon we are looking for a National Specification Manager to join our team.This role will lead the development and execution of the project specification pipeline, with a focus on key specifier customers and major projects in London, across the UK and internationally.The National Specification Manager will also be responsible for managing, motivating and leading the current team of Project Specification Managers in Ecophon, as well as managing digital platforms associated with specification, and leading the way we issue specifications whilst also overseeing the project pipeline.The role is home-based, with frequent travel across the UK mainly in London but also Internationally, when required.IF INTERESTED PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS LIVE UNTIL 2nd May 2025What were looking for:Proven experience in specification sales, pipeline development and project managementExtensive sales and line management experienceKnowledge and understanding of negotiation and value proposition sellingIs comfortable in mentoring and using coaching methods in order to develop a high performing teamExperience of being on-site and dealing with architects and design teams on major projectsWhat you will be doing:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key specifier customers to develop project pipelinesActing as the primary liaison for major UK and international projects, driving collaboration and resultsManaging and supporting a team of Project Specification Managers, providing coaching, guidance and strategic directionWorking with the internal technical team to maintain and grow the presence on NBS source and Chorus platformsIdentifying opportunities to increase the companys market share across the UK, Ireland, and international marketsAre Ecophon and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?Saint-Gobain is the worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction improving daily life through high-performance solutions.
