This role is available from any of our UK offices, or on a fully remote basis with attendance at our London office once a month.In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop into a strong technical lawyer, working alongside a reputable Senior Associate. Getting involved in a varied workload, developing your networking and overall professional acumen skills.This established and expanding Real Estate/Real Estate Finance Team has extensive expertise in the specialist secured lending industry and general real estate matters. Their primary clients are specialist property finance lenders (bridging and development), whom they support with unregulated loan originations; developers, whom they advise on throughout the life cycle of the development from acquisition, financing and eventual sale and investor.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Real Estate and a desire to expand their skills within Real Estate /Real Estate Finance.
